These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website crazyblueapps.com and the software products and services provided by Crazyblueapps ("Crazyblueapps", "we", "us", "our"), a software studio based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Crazyblueapps designs and develops mobile applications for Apple platforms (iOS, iPadOS, watchOS) and web platforms. Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and, where applicable, sold directly through our website. Each product page describes the features, functionality and pricing of the relevant application.

ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

• Purchases made through our website are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), who handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT and customer payment support.
• When you purchase through Paddle, your order is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions.
• Purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions and are handled entirely by Apple.
• All prices are displayed before checkout. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on your country of residence.

LICENSES

Unless stated otherwise, purchasing one of our applications grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the application for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile or create derivative works of our software except where permitted by applicable law.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some of our products offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription terms, billing periods and prices are shown before purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Subscriptions purchased through the App Store must be managed through your Apple ID settings; subscriptions purchased through our website can be cancelled via the receipt email from Paddle or by contacting us.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website and in our applications - including code, designs, logos, text and imagery - is owned by Crazyblueapps or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse our website or products, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, infringing the rights of others, or using our services in violation of any applicable law of the United Arab Emirates or your country of residence.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crazyblueapps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our website or products after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
